Our reception is opened Mon - Fri 8am - 2pm and 5pm - 9pm. Other arrivals are possible at any time with prior notification.

On weekends the reception desk is opened during breakfast hours, but the check-in is possible at any time.

Cancellation terms:

• Cancellations free of charge are possible up to 14 days prior to arrival afterwards we charge 80% of the costs.
• During trade fairs and events cancellations free of charge are possible up to 30 days prior to arrival afterwards we charge 80% of the costs.

• For group reservations, the special conditions stated in the booking confirmation apply
